Who you are buying from

What you can buy

Hardware (a Google Pixel 10a with NoPwn OS preinstalled, supplied with a NoPwn licence) and digital products (NoPwn licences — one per phone, covering the Protect suite, VaultVPN and the microphone scrambler — plus an optional data eSIM) for personal, lawful use. Everything is tied to your account number. A licence activates one device: four phones means four licences.

Your account

Your account is a 16-digit number generated in your browser. It is the only credential: there is no email, no password and no recovery. Orders, balances and licenses are stored against that number, and anyone holding it can use the account. Keep it safe.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in Danish kroner and shown in your chosen display currency converted at the current rate; the amount charged is the invoice amount in DKK at the time the invoice is created. Payment is in cryptocurrency only (BTC, LTC, BCH, XMR). Your balance is credited after 3 on-chain confirmations (10 for XMR). One invoice is capped at €2,407.90; larger orders are split into several invoices. Orders are paid from your balance. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery

Digital services are provisioned to your order page immediately after payment. The phone ships worldwide, tracked, with shipping included; dispatch is normally within 5 business days and the tracking note appears on your order page.

Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days' right of withdrawal on the device from the day you receive it (unused, complete with accessories). Digital services are provided immediately at your request, which means the withdrawal right for them ends once they are provisioned. See Returns for the procedure.

Warranty

24 months' conformity on the hardware under Danish consumer law, plus the manufacturer's warranty where it applies. Software is provided as-is: NoPwn OS is a hardening project, not a promise that no attacker ever succeeds. Keep your OS updated through the built-in updater.

Liability

We are liable for direct damages caused by our own fault, within the limits of Danish law. We are not liable for indirect losses, for data you did not back up, or for a device that was wiped by a trigger you configured yourself (including accidental ones — Protect requires an explicit confirmation and can be disabled on the device).

Governing law

Danish law applies. Consumer disputes can be brought before your local court or the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's complaints board.
